Northern California real estate company brings new level of service to agents and employees
SACRAMENTO, Calif., Jan. 12, 2002 – If you’ve received a postcard or promotional item from a real estate agent recently, chances are it was just ordered with the latest Internet technology. With a network of more than 700 agents and employees in Northern California, Select Group operates CENTURY 21 Select, ERA Realty Center, Stanford Mortgage, Inter-County Title, and a number of other regional real estate brands.
Select Group operates an extensive marketing department that provides much of the informational and promotional materials an agent needs to market a home. The big challenge facing Select Group was that these materials were produced and delivered in short order, but the company had to wait weeks or months to bill agents and get payment
American Web Services developed a new intranet portal for Select Group that allows an agent to see the complete assortment of marketing products available, customize them, and pay for them all online. "We can now get materials generated for the agents much faster as well," said Michael Parks, Managing Broker for the Select Group. "With the competitive market right now, it’s important for an agent to demonstrate how they can get the message out on a new listing."
Using the ArrowClick Software Content Management System, Select Group staff can publish company information online in moments. In addition to the online marketing, they also have access to a complete company roster and directory and company calendar. In coming months, Select Group will be launching a new online real estate education and credential testing system to provide their agents the training needed to maintain their license in good standing. The ArrowClick system will provide Select Group staff the ability to update all the content on the employee portal whenever they need, from any web browser.
